About
Dr. Juliana Zambrano
I am a board-certified psychiatrist with clinical and research roles at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. In my private practice, I work with adults seeking depth-oriented psychotherapy, medication management, or a thoughtful combination of both.
My clinical and research focus centers on experiential, high‑impact interventions for depression, anxiety, trauma, and psychosomatic disorders. This work includes extensive research into psychedelic‑assisted therapies and altered states of consciousness, alongside a dedicated expertise in cross‑cultural psychiatry, Hispanic psychiatry, and working with minoritized groups.
I completed my psychiatry training at Massachusetts General Hospital, McLean Hospital, and Harvard Medical School, my MD at Universidad de los Andes, and a Masters in Public Health at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. I am currently a candidate in Intensive Short‑Term Dynamic Psychotherapy and have completed additional psychotherapy training at the California Institute of Integral Studies.
Whether you prefer in‑person sessions or telehealth, we'll make it simple to fit therapy into your life to build lasting change.
